Service Overview
All O.B. One Communication’s services meet or exceed industry standards for telecommunication systems. Installation Services include setting up computer systems, video surveillance systems, wireless systems, telephone systems, fiber optics; paging and sound systems, access control systems, fire and burglar systems, sound masking systems, audio enhancement systems, and video projection units. Design Services for the preceding are free. We’ll help you determine objectives, goals, and budgets to meet your current and future design needs. Outside Plant Services involve the design and installation of overhead and underground telephone, computer, and fiber optic cabling between buildings or multiple buildings to connect the above systems.
Our expanded service offerings include information technology installation and maintenance. Our IT support staff will design and implement a network meeting today’s requirements, one that’s scalable to future needs. We’ll help you implement a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) between your remote offices and/or remote staff to ensure maximum productivity. Whether you require onsite or phone support, we’ll help you with break-and-fix support issues, small-to-medium network support, or server application support issues. Our service contracts include phone and onsite support for issues ranging from “how-to” to designing and implementing a multi-location network interconnected via VPN technology. We also offer block-hour support contracts that meet your individual needs.
Training, testing, and preparation make all services reliable and successful. From small-but-key systems to full-scale WAN implementation, we’re your single-source provider. Inside or outside the plant, you won’t have to worry about keeping up with multiple vendors. And yes, we troubleshoot and repair.
