Wayne Haltiwanger, President

A graduate of Midlands Technical college and the University of South Carolina with a BS in electrical Engineering and an Associate of Science in both Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering. After working as a telecommunications engineer for a large South Carolina power utility for many years, Wayne founded O.B. One Communications. He possesses more than a quarter-century of education and practical work experience. (And Wayne will tell you the company name is derived from Star Wars Inspiration!)

Christie Powers, Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer

Christie is responsible for management of all accounting and financial concerns for the company, personnel management and employee benefit administration. She also coordinates all jobs in relation to personnel, materials, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Joe Leonardi, Communications Specialist

Joe possess more than ten years combined experience in the installation of telephone systems, network cabling installations, customer support, and cost estimation. His responsibilities include sales, design, and cost estimation.

William F. Freeman Jr., New Account Development and Project Management

After majoring in Business Management at the University Of S.C., Bill began his professional career in banking, concentrating on lending in the automotive dealer finance arena. Bill moved on to sales of business services and account management in the credit reporting technology industry. With over fifteen years in the industry, he was responsible for territory revenue growth. He continued to update his sales and customer service skills via sales and account management continuing education classes. He has developed a consultative sales process, listening to clients and developing ﾓtailor madeﾔ solutions based upon their needs.

Bill brings these consultative techniques to OB One Communications, concentrating on new account development and project management.
